The Grade 3 band won at the Round Hill Scottish Games in Norwalk CT on June 27. Playing the medley, the band received first place from all 4 judges and earned Above Grade Level marks for the second time this season. The field of 8 bands consisted of many of the strongest Grade 3 bands in the Northeast. Stay tuned for a video of the performance and photos from the day. Piper Kirk Brunson won the Grade 2 Strathspey and Reel event and played with the band despite a badly injured knee. Jamie Boulais won the Amateur 2 tenor contest.
